Made with traditional full logs and handcrafted by the family, this is a cabin with a difference.
Open plan and hexagonal in shape gives plenty of light and space with the warmth of a large wood burning stove. Full length glass doors slide right back to make you feel that you are encompassed in the natural surroundings.
2 double beds that easily fold up in the day time to resemble cupboards, make the cabin a very spacious living area.
In addition, a small mezzanine sits above the shower room and toilet where children and those adults who love the idea of climbing up a ladder to snuggle into a cosy elevated bed.
Modern cooker, gas stove, mains pressure wetroom give the comforts of home but with the rustic feel of beautiful home made wooden furniture and decorated with local furnishings. A large wooden dining table and comfortable easy chairs makes the cabin a welcome place for a family, couple or group of friends.
With a plethora of outdoor activities on the door step including woodland walks, canoeing, mountain walking, climbing and horse riding, and Hay-on-Wye just 6 miles away, visitors can enjoy a day out knowing that they will come back to a warm cosy cabin. For those wanting a less adventurous day, there is of course the option of spending the day reading and watching nature from the substantial decking area and perhaps using the bbq.
