The ground floor has a tiled entrance for coats, boots and wet dogs - a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with woodburning stove and french windows overlooking the deer park. One double room situated downstairs with shower and wc opposite. one four-bedded room with en-suite bath/wc. Making it an ideal choice for elderly guests or visitors with limited mobility. The stairs lead off the dining room to the first floor sitting room, a double room and a three bedded room with a bathroom/wc. On the landing is a 'quiet area' with bookshelves, reading lamp and sofa bed. There is an enclosed lawned garden and a wooded area where children can explore and build dens.
